Hey You! I want to confess something.
There are times when I don't agree with you. There are times when I don't understand what you are saying. There are times when I know you are wrong but still lend you my ear. There are times when I know you are not paying attention or heed to my words but I still speak like a fool. There are times when I don't want to end the conversation but I lack words and matter. There are times when I pretend to know everything about what you are telling but trust me, I have no idea about cricket ,fashion trends and latest models of cars,Taylor Swift's new release n many..

 The reason behind all this-

 'You' matter to me the most.Your voice, your smile, your explanations, the sparkle in your eyes when you talk about the thing you love the most, your being with me , your stories, your incomplete sentences, your never-ending tales are various things which are important to me above anything. 

 Hey You! Yeah ,you are important.Your pettiest thing means a lot. Your Smile is the reason of someone's smile who just wants to see you happy, with or without her and that someone is me.

 Hey You! Treasure me.Treasure our friendship for life.

Partially through the vapour rising from my mug of coffee, I see the leaves of the tree shining brightly under the streetlight. The streetlight is making the leaves appear as if they are on a stage, about to perform on a melodious song any moment now, under the spotlight. I don’t know why but suddenly this streetlight  is becoming my center point of attention and I am absolutely oblivious to the fact that I am out with my friends whom I am actually meeting after a span of more than six months. Now, they are staring at me with their expressionless faces, and eyes with question marks in place of pupils, because it’s been ten minutes since the food arrived and I haven’t picked up my spoon yet.  And, that never happens! There are two things in my life that I’m very much obsessed with, apart from the million other things I’m obsessed with on few other days. Yes, I’m that person .
